How much does it cost?
The current full student price of Urbana is $615. You can reserve your spot with just a $75 non-refundable deposit.
What's Included or Not Included
Your registration fee covers entry to the conference, access to leading global voices, onsite prayer, leadership training via our World Changers Cohort, and discernment support from experienced coaches. Your registration fee does NOT cover hotel, travel, and meals - you are responsible for arranging those yourself. Below are some resources to help you with these logistics.
Registration Discounts
If you are a student, there are a number of registration discounts available to you. You may use ONE discount code, whichever gives the largest discount. This can be updated if needed. Available discounts include:

Transportation
As mentioned above, you must arrange your own transportation to and from Urbana. With that said, we will have a coach bus that will do a round trip from downtown Philadelphia to Indianapolis and back. If you will be in the area, this will likely be your cheapest and easiest option. If you will be leaving from a different city, we could help put you in touch with local InterVarsity staff to see if there is a bus from that area.
Housing
You can reserve your hotel room now through the Urbana Housing Bureau using the housing link in your registration confirmation email. If you take advantage of Urbana’s discounted rate on hotel rooms, plan on spending about $125-150 plus tax each night. Finding roommates can help lower the cost. Meals
You will handle meals on your own, whether eating out or buying groceries. Plan on spending around $120 total. Of course this can vary a lot based on where you eat while travelling and on-site.
Financial Assistance
We recognize that between registration, travel, housing, and meals, Urbana can be a bit expensive. It's worth the price of admission, though, and only happens every 3 years. Nonetheless, if you need financial assistance, please talk to your InterVarsity campus staff about scholarship and fundraising opportunities for your campus. You may also submit a financial assistance application to the area by clicking the button below.
